Under the Statement of Work (SOW) staffing model, Ecalix and our associates are engaged at a much higher level of partnership. In addition to all the benefits of a contract technical staffing model, the client defines the deliverables, oversees the project and ensures that the project is delivered based on deliverables in a timely manner. This model is a mature and well defined process. The client’s participation is to monitor the service level expectations as agreed in the SOW.
